Shop & Custom Order Policy


Custom Order Information:
As of September 2nd 2017, Two Sparrows Homestead will require an initial payment of 50% deposit for us to begin processing any custom order. No Two Sparrows Homestead goods will be released until FULL payment has been made. For custom made or painted items, if you change your mind of the design after we have started processing your order, you will be required to pay a minimum surcharge amount of 35% of job cost. This is to compensate us for time spent on your order, so please choose your options carefully. Orders normally start being made 3-5 business days after deposit has been successfully completed. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the goods have been picked up, delivered or the outcome is not your vision as these are custom made goods. We do our absolute best to consult and convey your vision to the finished product. Artist goods are not returnable or refundable. Vintage goods are final sale.

Material, style and color choices are at the discretion of Two Sparrows Homestead and may vary from consultation due to availability of goods. We cannot accept returns on any items made to a customer’s specific personalized name, date, size or color.

Our quotations are valid for 30 days from date of issue unless otherwise noted. Quotations do not include shipping or packing materials
We conduct business in US Currency or Credit Card only.

A quotation becomes an order when the appropriate forms are returned, acknowledged verbally or by email and the agreed upon deposit amount received. An estimated completion date will be agreed on. The completion date may be altered if the services are outsourced and the party cannot agree to the completion date. Deposits and remainder payments are non-refundable on all custom-made or painted goods.
Goods will only be dispatched after all funds owing have been received. Balance on goods not paid for 30 days after Invoice has been issued, will be deemed unwanted and resold to recoup funds or action taken to recover the outstanding balance. Contract will become null & void.
Cancellations are to be sent in writing and will only be accepted before any work has commenced. Two Sparrows Homestead states that once a service has started then the consumers cancellation rights will end.

General: Any cause of action of the Customer with respect to the website or services ordered from Two Sparrows Homestead. All actions shall be subject to the limitations set forth in the Terms and Conditions as provided in this document. The language used herein shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against any party.
